We'll have a conversation — real talk, no sales pitch. If we're right for what you need, we'll tell you honestly. If we're not, we'll point you somewhere useful rather than waste your time.
We put together a clear plan — what pages you need, what the site should say, how it'll look. The FreshSite platform writes the draft copy. You review and approve before we write a line of code.
We keep you updated as we build. You see progress along the way — not just a finished product at the end. Most clients have a draft site ready within 24 hours. When it's ready, we launch it and make sure everything works. If something breaks in the first month, we fix it.
Before you reach out
You don't need a fully formed brief. Just the basics. Here's what helps us have a useful first conversation:
Share the URL. Even if it's embarrassing — we've seen it all. If you don't have one, that's fine too.
Doesn't have to be technical. "I want something that doesn't make me cringe when I send customers there" is a completely valid brief.
What do they need from you? What problem do you solve? We write copy that speaks to them — but we need your input to get that right.
